How long will my order take to be delivered?
  Orders will leave our facility within 10 days of receipt, unless otherwise agreed by both parties. Rush service is available for many products for an additional fee.  

Does Lincoln Avenue Shirt Co. charge sales tax?
  Sales tax is charged for orders shipped to addresses in Illinois only.  

Can I make a change to an order?
  Once you submit an order, it is final. No changes are possible. Please double check your order before submitting it.  

How will my order be shipped?
  Lincoln Avenue Shirts ships with both UPS and FEDEX whichever is most efficient for your address. You may select from these companies services (ie. ground, next day air.) Ground packages will generally arrive in less than four days from shipment.  

How should I submit my own artwork?
  Artwork not created on our website should be saved as an EPS file. If that is not possible, other formats may be used, but an artwork cleanup charge of up to $40 may be charged. You will be contacted before any charges are applied to your account.  

How long will my saved designs be available to me?
  We will keep your saved design for sixty (60) days.
